We build our houses strong enough to handle the rigors of transport. In fact, we build our houses using techniques and materials that exceed the requirements of site built homes. All external walls are 2 x 6” construction. Floorboards are glued and screwed to floor trusses to prevent movement, and we use steel strapping on interior and exterior wall and floor connections. During construction, we test all plumbing and electrical work a minimum of three times. This is unique within our industry and surpasses inspection testing done during construction by site builders. Our construction process also allows for a continuous vapour barrier. This ensures every Triple M home is built to deliver maximum energy efficiency.
