The Modular homes supplied by Aztech are equal to and in many cases superior to site built homes as they are manufactured in a dry arid climate controlled envronment, have a superior wall system and additional lumber to give them the strength for shipment to your building site. Typically Aztech Homes are ready to move into in 10 days to 2 weeks after they arrive on site and usually cost 30% less than site built homes.

    Aztech has recently become the dealer for "Easy Build Metal Structures" and carry a line of Car Ports, Garages, Workshops, Barns, Loafing Sheds, and Arena's. These metal prefab, structures come with a 20 year warranty and can be assmebled in a matter of a few hours for a carport to only a few days for a complete horse barn. The durability and maintainance free metal buildings, together with the lower labor cost for errection, make these structures very affordable and come in a wide variety of colours.
